United Methodist Women United Methodist Women is a global group with chapters in local congregations. While UMW has a focus on mission that fulfills an annual pledge to projects across the country and around the world, it provides plenty of opportunity for great fellowship and study. Our UMW president is Carol Tompkins. Call Carol at 728-4328 for more info.
The Purpose of UMW is: to be a community of women whose purpose is to know God and to experience freedom as whole persons through Jesus Christ; to develop a creative supportive fellowship; and to expand concepts of mission through participation in the global ministries of the church.
