It also tells the story of the people of God who have witnessed in downtown Muskegon for 150 years. The present structure on Second Street, has served as home to the congregation since 1930. “This booklet,” says the author, “celebrates the devotion, dreams and daring actions of those, past and present, who call themselves Central United Methodist Church.” The booklet commemorates the restoration of the stained glass windows finished in 2004.
